Sales Limitations

All sales are limited to with in the UK. This has been limited at the PayPal end to the best of my ability but I do apologise if any outside UK payments are accepted. In the unlikely event of this happening either an alternate UK address for delivery will be requested from the buyer, or a full refund will be given along with my most sincere apologies.

Rights of Purchase

When you buy a print from MStrutt Photography, you own that print. You may not however make resales or illegal copies of your print. If you buy a digital image on CD you have the right to make as many prints of that image as you want, but only for personal use. You may not make prints for resale, or for distribution to others. You may not allow others to use the digital image to do so.

Delivery Policy

MStrutt Photography aims to begin processing on all orders with in 48 hours of the order being placed. From then the images will be processed and developed and sent on with in 2 days* via first class post. *The 2 day development and posting is the target set by the third party that MStrutt Photography uses, and while they are relied upon my MStrutt Photography there is no guarantee. In total MStrutt Photography intends that all orders are received within 7 days of being placed. Please not that the postage and packaging cost is a one off payment no matter the size of the order, so the more you order, the better value it becomes

Liability

MStrutt Photography values all of its customers, both old and new. If you are at any time concerned about the status of your order then please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will update you as best you can. The 7 day delivery is a target set internal by MStrutt Photography and in no way a guarantee. However if your delivery is faulty there are measures we can take to get them reprinted at no additional cost.

Service Calendar

There may be times in which MStrutt Photography will be out of service. During such a time orders may still be placed, however, any orders placed will simply begin there 7 days target will begin as soon as normal service resumes. Please see our Service Calendar to see when these out of service times are. All service periods will be entered into the calendar at least 1 week in advance. Any orders placed with in the last 2 days before an out of service period will be processed as normal.
